Prakash Yantra Udyog Pvt. Ltd. has now come up with heavy forging facilities for the first time in North India in the private sector. A 1500 MT open die forging press from General (England) with four column push down hydraulic automatic press integrated with cabin operated manipulator automatic die shifting & die clamping forms the core production facility on a 63,000 sq. ft. land area in Sahibabad, Ghaziabad. Ingots up to 12 MT weight are hot transferred from the two furnace of 20 MT and 30 MT capacity having size of 2.5 m X 2.5 m X 3.5 m and 2.5 m X 2.5 m X 6 m respectively with a heat treatment furnace of 50 MT of 3 m X 2 m X 9 m size for normalizing, hardening and tempering with multipoint temperature recorders. The forgings are duly heat treated to achieve the required physical properties and are supplied in proof machined / ready-to-use condition. Our customers include an array of satisfied public and private sector organizations.

Our Quality Control
We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified company with our prime focus in achieving total customer satisfaction by maintaining a strict quality control policy. There is an-house quality control unit at our factory premise, where a team of quality experts performs extensive quality testing at every level of production, right from the procurement of raw materials to the final dispatch of products.
We have in-house facilities to ensure quality at every stage of forging; these include fully chemical, physical and NDT lab. The quality checking process involves several stages, step by step as follows: - Heating - 2 X oil fired bogie type heating furnace
- Forging - 1500 MT push down hydraulic press with manipulator
- Heat Treatment - Oil fired furnace with oil/water quenching tank
- Proof Machining - Boring machines lathes
- Testing - UT, MPI, DP, microstructure tensile & hardness
- Final Machining - Bed lathe, horizontal ram borer, CNC miller, vertical boring & CNC lathe.
Our Infrastructure
We
are equipped with a robust infrastructure facility with units like cutting shop equipped with bandshaw
machines, furnace unit, Forge shop, heat treatment facilities, etc.
There is also a highly sophisticated machine shop equipped with
different types of boring and lathe machines to carry out the production process with ease. Besides being equipped
with all these facilities, we are also empowered by a strong and highly
skilled workforce, which works round the clock to take the company to
great heights.
