We take this opportunity to inform you that our organization is having a sole motto to produce quality products keeping in mind the tailor-made requirements of the customer to ensure the timely delivery duly inspected by our/ third party inspector at a competitive price range. We have installed capacity 500 MT per month to produce and supply quality heavy steel forgings out of Carbon, Alloy and Stainless Steel with the help of 1500 Tons hydraulically operated open Die Forging Press equipped with cabin controlled manipulator.

The forgings produced are duly heat treated to achieve the required Micro Structure & Physical properties. We are in position to supply these forgings in Proof-machined / ready to use condition. Our In – House facilities include fully equipped Chemical, Physical and NDT Lab to ensure quality at every stage of Forging. With exposure to the rapidly changing market, we keep updating ourselves with all available technologies possible, like new Ring rolling machine with 4 mtr Dia and 800 mm Height is at the advance stage of installation to produce about 500 MT per month.
 
Today, we feel very much delighted to inform you that the Prakash Yantra Udyog is setting up another Hydraulically Operated Open Die Forging Press having a capacity of 6000 T, enabling us to take up single Job up to 80 T weight.

The forgings are duly heat treated to achieve the required physical properties and are supplied in proof machined / ready-to-use condition.
